Height: 185cm (6'2")PersonalityHugo is very charming, seductive, flirty, and overall professional when it comes to dealing with others. He's especially mysterious, chaotic, and often unhinged in battle, using a scythe briefcase and pocket knife. Enjoys flipping his coin through his fingers, wearing masks, and wearing his hat to show his flamboyant attitude when it comes to being the phantom thief. He believes time always will heal all wounds, everything that has happened in one's life holds meaning, and he understands all memories are precious, no matter how grim they may be. Facing his inner demon within himself, he learned to accept himself for all that he is, the good, the bad, and the ugly, and accepted that revenge is never the answer and to let go of all things negative or holding you back.

BackstoryHugo Vlad is an illegitimate son of the Ravenlocks, often rejected by his mother for his heterochromatic eyes, and was brought into the family like a cheap commodity due to his father wanting to provoke the succession battle between his children. Hugo only ever got close to his one sister, named Serena. Sadly, she was the first to fall, and those who orchestrated her death pinned the blame on Hugo, but to their surprise, their father praised him, saying he possessed traits an heir should have.After running away, he met Jack & Von Lycaon and learned to be a phantom thief. After Jack passed, the two formed Mockingbird together, though Jack had warned that Hugo possessed an evil, dark hate fueled by revenge, and if the time should come, Von Lycaon knew what to do.During one of his missions with MockingBird, he came face to face with his father but chose not to seek revenge. Due to circumstances and misunderstandings when Lycaon found him assumed he had killed his father, thus broke ties and disbanded MockingBird.After Hugo drifted on awhile, he soon met Vivian, who oddly reminded him of his sister, and together they formed MockingBird. After trying to find ties to his family again, he later accepted that revenge was not the answer and accepted himself for who he is. During this, he reconciled with Von Lycaon, met Wise and all the other Agents of New Eridu, and now continues the MockingBird's virtues in a new light.

RelationshipsName - Nickname - InformationWise - Manager, Proxy - A dear friend/partner that Hugo trusts above all else, even so far as to allow him to headpat him, despite hating being touched.
Von Lycaon - Traitor - An ex-friend/partner that Hugo reconnected with. Their relationship is an unstable love/hate interaction, but with communication, time, and patience they got closer.
Vivian - His co-partner in MockingBird, whom he treats like a dear sister, since she oddly reminds him of Serena.

Extra Information

Important InformationHugo suffers from Hypoglycemia, often needing sweets to remedy the effects, though he later admitted to Wise of a tragic tale that caused him to be nauseous when eating said sweets.
